1. Appointment Booking & Consultations

All appointments are booked 24/7 through our verified Booksy booking system or directly via telephone at 01274 630006. Every aesthetic procedure is preceded by a consultation and suitability assessment conducted personally by Shameem Malik (Level 5 Qualified).

2. Patch Tests & Medical Assessment

Certain treatments—including laser hair removal, high-intensity radiofrequency, and chemical peels—require a mandatory patch test at least 24 to 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Patch tests are provided free of charge at our clinic to assess suitability.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the consultation slot to clients on our waiting list.

4. Published Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website and Booksy system are published transparently. There are no hidden fees or desk upsells. Treatment course packages and combination pricing are confirmed during your consultation.

5. Practitioner Qualifications & Safety

All aesthetic treatments at Clear Skin Clinic are administered by our sole practitioner, Shameem Malik, who holds full Level 5 qualifications in aesthetic medicine. Practitioner certificates and insurance certifications are displayed openly in clinic at 43 Darley Street, Bradford.
